It is specially formulated for cleaning of rotisseries, ovens, grillers, stainless steel cooking utensils, frying pots and generally all surfaces where burnt – on food and carbon residues must be removed. DUX CUTTING EDGE does NOT contain harsh alkalis such as Caustic Soda making it a great non-toxic, environmentally friendly cleaner which still cleans effectively.
