These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and delivery of products through https://higiene.co.za. The website and brand are owned and operated by Hygienical (Pty) Ltd trading as Higiene, registered in the Republic of South Africa.
2. Pricing & Payment Currency
All prices displayed on Higiene are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR). Transactions are processed securely via Payfast. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Instant EFT, Capitec Pay, SnapScan, and Masterpass.

Orders dispatch within 24 business hours from our central fulfilment facility. Once dispatched, tracking details and SMS notifications are sent directly to the customer.
4. 30-Day Return & Exchange Policy
In accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA):
- Defective or Damaged Products: If an item arrives damaged or broken during transit, notify us within 48 hours of receipt at
sales@higiene.co.zawith photos, and we will dispatch a replacement immediately at no charge. - Unopened Returns: You may return unused, unopened skincare products in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Due to health and hygiene standards, items that have been unsealed or used cannot be returned unless proven defective.
5. Product Use & Topical Care
Fungus No More™ shower gels and sprays are formulated for external topical personal care. Avoid direct contact with eyes. Discontinue use if localized irritation occurs and consult a medical practitioner.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
